As the building entered the tenancy phase, the team wanted a fresh creative perspective to help them maximise the engagement of their many and varied stakeholders and increase tenant satisfaction based around their core purpose of creating a place where people thrive.

Working across strategy, creative, content and design we’ve supported the team in engaging their many stakeholders across a variety of platforms from the app, email, print, video and experiential ensuring their pillars of inclusion, sustainability, wellness and education are brought to life on a daily basis.

A key factor of our work has been project management, helping their internal team coordinate and plan the variety of activities and initiatives throughout the year while always maximising their budgets.

As the relationship has grown, we’ve delivered work across an increasing number of departments including working with the investment teams to create end of year reports and the operations team to improve a number of initiatives including onboarding processes.
