Having delivered significant value for the UK business since 2010, we were recommended to the international communications team, headquartered in Germany and had the great privilege of being appointed as the first agency outside of Germany to work on the global brand.

Working in collaboration with the teams across 17 countries, the challenge was to bring cohesion across a number of propositions and deliver global campaigns for the business transforming their approach to customer engagement.
